Easy Steps:
- Set aside 20 to 30 minutes to read whatever you want five days a week.
- Keep track of the minutes you spend reading.
- eBooks (see the back for instructions on accessing eBooks)
- Personal books
- Magazines
- Comic books
- Books from the public library
- Log in to the Scholastic Read-a-Palooza Reading Challenge to record your minutes.
- Log in to Scholastic @ digital.scholastic.com or find a link on the Collins Library webpage @ collinslibrary.weebly.com
- Enter the attached user name and password
- Click on My Minutes and enter minutes read
- There is even a convenient timer you can set to time yourself reading!
- Earn badges as your reading minutes grow!

Mrs. Jones is your friendly librarian. She has been the librarian at Collins School for 19 years. She has a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas and a M.S. degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
